Making a longboard deck in a Roarockit vacuum press – creating a matrix, gluing and shaping your own unique board.

Course program:

The course is designed for 6 hours (2 lessons of 3 hours)
Under the guidance of a master, you will design the shape and curves of the deck, master the technique of making a matrix, veneering (gluing layers of veneer) and vacuum pressing of plywood. The result is your custom board deck, which you cannot buy in stores. 16+ (parent + child can work).

This course is conducted under the guidance of experienced masters from the FlyWood skate school (wheels and suspension are purchased separately).

First day: creating a press form from polystyrene foam, gluing veneer, laying in the press
Second day: creating a deck template, sawing, sanding, making holes for suspensions)
