- NATA ISTOMINAA practicing interior designer with over 13 years of experience. Participant of the "Apartment Answer" program, publications in the magazines Interior + Design, Elle Decoration, Salon, Inex, etc.
- NATALIA ARKHIPOVATheatre artist, UX/UI designer and teacher with 25 years of experience. Worked as a set designer at the Vakhtangov Academic Theatre.
- LUCY DERBENKO10 years of architectural practice. Candidate of Architecture degree. Lecturer at the leading construction university in Russia.

We believe that design and design thinking can unite people of different nationalities, ages, genders, political views and religions in the name of solving common problems and sustainable development of society.
We believe that design, design education, as well as targeted, meaningful actions of the local design community can lead to a qualitative change in the environment and an increase in the quality of life in the countries of the Western Balkans!
We believe that design can serve as a powerful catalyst for the integration of the Western Balkans into the European Union and the world community!
We believe that the introduction of design thinking principles
in related areas of human activity (politics, diplomacy, law, family law, etc.) can normalize international relations and lead to the formation of strong mutually beneficial relations between individual countries and sustainable development of the entire world!
