1. "BASIC COURSE IN THE USE OF HAND-HELD POWER TOOLS"
The main objective of the course is to see first-hand that it is not necessary to have industrial equipment to create furniture items. The basic course includes all the necessary concepts, rules and techniques for working with wood, drawings and power tools.
WHAT'S ON THE COURSE
- Project development: learn how to quickly and correctly calculate a project and determine the amount of material for a project;
- Selection and cutting of material: learn how to select boards, beams and furniture panels based on quality, and how to perform competent cutting with minimal waste of material;
- Installation of the product: learn how to determine the assembly order and install the product;
- Decor and finishing of the product: We will tell you about all types of coating, their advantages and features. Together we will cover the product with oil and wax.
2. COURSE ON WORKING WITH MARQUETRIE TECHNIQUE
MARQUETRY is one of the types of wood inlay. In essence, it is a mosaic of figured veneer plates 0.5 - 1 mm thick, of different colors and textures of wood species, which are glued to the base. In our case, the base is a box assembled on more complex nodes than on the first module. And all this is decorated with a veneer pattern under the guidance of a real master carpenter with 40 years of experience. And most importantly: our master is Serbian! The course will be in Serbian! At the same time, you will practice)
Real products: during the course you will make one product from solid wood.
Convenient schedule: four days off or 2 months of classes on weekdays
All inclusive: the cost includes materials and tools.

RESULTS OF TRAINING:
- Real skill and personal experience in working with power tools, necessary knowledge of safety precautions, potential hobby or even profession;
- Basics of design, understanding and reading drawings;
- Mastering manufacturing methods: simple joints (mortise and tenon joints, dowels, wood glue), working with furniture board, etc.;
- Experience in preparing the product for finishing, applying the finishing coating.
In a word, this is the basic knowledge needed to work with wood.

ПРОГРАММА КУРСА:
- Знакомство с ручным столярным инструментом, подготовка и доводка его к работе;
- Работа с чертежом;
- Разметка заготовок разметочным столярным инструментом;
- Торцевание заготовок стенок шкатулки ручными пилами;
- Изготовление шипового соединения на стенках шкатулки;
- Формирование декоративных вырезов на стенках шкатулки;
- Строгание заготовок крышки ручным рубанком в размер;
- Изготовление одинарных шиповых соединений на деталях крышки;
- Сборка и склеивание деталей в изделие;
- Врезка и установка фурнитуры в изделие;
- Шлифовка и циклевка поверхностей, столярная подготовка изделия к финишной отделке: заделка сучков и других дефектов вставками на клею и окончательное выравнивание.
